1. Service description

Mevra provides direct delivery of FDA-approved over-the-counter contraceptive products. No prescription is required. Mevra is not a medical practice and does not provide medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment.

2. Eligibility

You must be 18 years of age or older to use this service. By creating an account you confirm you meet this requirement.

3. Accuracy of health information

You are solely responsible for providing complete and accurate health information during the intake process. Mevra relies on your self-reported information to assess product suitability. Providing inaccurate or incomplete information may result in use of a product that is not appropriate for your health situation. Mevra is not liable for any adverse health consequences arising from inaccurate or incomplete information you provide.

4. Not a substitute for medical care

Mevra does not replace your relationship with a licensed healthcare provider. You should consult a qualified healthcare professional before starting any new medication, particularly if you have existing medical conditions, take prescription medications, or have concerns about contraceptive suitability. If you experience adverse effects, discontinue use and seek medical attention promptly.

5. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Mevra and its officers, employees, and affiliates shall not be liable for any adverse health outcomes, injuries, or damages arising from your use of products purchased through this service, including but not limited to outcomes resulting from inaccurate self-reported health information, failure to disclose relevant medical history, or use of the product contrary to labeled instructions.

6. Subscription and billing

Your membership includes a 28-day free trial beginning on the date of account creation. After the trial period ends, your payment method will be automatically charged $18.00 per month until you cancel. By entering your payment information you authorize these recurring charges. You may cancel or pause your subscription at any time through your account settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.

8. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California.
